Janitorial Supervisor - Full-Time

• Pay: $15.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Requirements: 1–3 years janitorial & leadership experience;
  Bilingual (English/Spanish) required;

As our Janitorial Supervisor, you are the bridge between client needs and team success. Serving as an on-site Cleaning Team Lead and Janitorial Site Supervisor, you will:

• Lead the Team: Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure daily duties are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Hands-on Support: Work alongside your crew in general cleaning tasks, including trash removal, dusting, restroom care, and vacuuming.
• Quality Control: Act as the primary lead for quality inspections to keep the facility looking top-notch.
• Operational Excellence: Support management by training new team members, managing supply inventories, and coordinating special projects.

• 1–3 years of solid janitorial/cleaning experience with proven leadership skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, professional attitude
