Production Operator Load Strapper 1st

Olsten Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking WoodBander to join our team. This position is responsible for securely strapping and banding packs of lumber to prepare them for storage and shipment. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity with consistent hours.
Job Responsibilities:

• Band and secure packs of lumber using industrial strapping equipment
• Ensure straps are tight, secure, and properly positioned
• Inspect bundles to confirm they are stable and ready for transport
• Assist with organizing and staging lumber as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent kneeling and bending to secure strapping
• Ability to lift, push, and pull lumber materials
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or outdoor lumber yard environment

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or lumber yard experience preferred (not required)
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Team-oriented mindset

Pay Details: $14.00 per hour
