Une chaîne hôtelière de luxe à Lausanne recherche un Assistant Responsable des Bars (H/F) pour superviser l'accueil et la qualité du service. Vous serez responsable de la gestion d'équipe, de l'élaboration des offres de restauration et de la profitabilité du point de vente. Le candidat idéal a une expérience solide en gestion de bar, est bilingue français/anglais, et maîtrise la suite Office.
