Car Wash Maintenance Technician​/Maintenance Manager

• Scheduling & Organizing Maintenance Projects
• Workshop Organization

• Hourly rate based on experience, up to $60,000.
• 40 hours per week, including some weekends and on-call availability.
• Health insurance allowance provided.
• IRA contribution opportunity available.
• One week of vacation after the first year, with a maximum of two weeks.
• Performance-based bonus plan issued bi-annually.

• Mechanically inclined
• General knowledge of plumbing (PVC and copper) and electrical systems (low voltage, 208V, 480V).
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting, including:
  • Pumps
  • Reverse osmosis systems
  • Hot water boilers
