What We’re Looking For:

We are currently hiring a Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. If you’re great with people, love a fast-paced environment, and have a drive to succeed, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with service needs

Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, costs, and timelines

Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair

Write and manage repair orders

Upsell services and promote routine maintenance

Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process

Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive service or sales is a plus, but not required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
