Demonstrate proficiency in Building Automation Systems (BAS), Entrata and CMMS systems for timely logging of service requests and completed work;
Maintain the physical condition of the property according to The Scion Groups Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and Industrys standards;
Operate system monitoring/diagnostics and preventative testing for major building systems;
Coordinate delivery and work schedules with vendors and contractors as approved by the Facilities Supervisor;
Document work performed and parts used with legible notes including supplies used and follow-up
