Maintenance Associate

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club’s property including, but not limited to general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, construction projects, and equipment. It will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions.

• Inspect all assigned properties daily to ensure building operations are performing according to the club’s standards and procedures.
• Perform all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
• Make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, building exterior and appliances.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Director daily.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours.
• Maintain a clean and orderly shop.
• Put in for equipment and materials as needed.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

• Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling.

• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
• Requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 50+ pounds.
• Ability to communicate with guests and employees, including reading, writing, and speaking.
