Redstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of our community while maximizing the living experience for residents. This role focuses on timely repairs, curb appeal, safety and efficient handling of maintenance requests.
Qualifications include 1+ years in the industry, strong customer service, basic maintenance skills, and pool maintenance knowledge. You must lift 75 lbs, stand 8–10 hours per shift, and be willing to rotate on-call.
