Position: Maintenance Technician | Full-Time | Memorial Booth Stadium (University of Kansas Football Stadium)
Oak View Group - 1651 Naismith Drive - Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility for maintenance and operations of the venue, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, chillers, refrigeration, ice making, boilers, and related equipment;
Plan, support, coordinate, and review the work plan for facility maintenance and operations; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems; assign work activities, projects, and programs; monitor workflow; and evaluate work products;
Participate in development and administration of the operations budget and forecast funds for equipment, materials, and supplies;
Perform maintenance on electrical systems (replacing light bulbs and receptacles, etc.) and conduct general upkeep (landscaping, painting, carpentry, etc.);
Troubleshoot repairs throughout facility concession stands (equipment such as sinks, ice machines, general repairs) and operate a forklift as needed;
Maintain knowledge of changes in federal, state, and local regulations; assist with other event and operational tasks as needed
