House Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes to Molly Maid standards, following the company cleaning process and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tips may be received.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, demonstrating care for the client’s home.
• Team Lead (Driver) – Manage the team’s schedule, drive the company vehicle safely, and maintain cleaning equipment and vehicle readiness.

• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks (mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead).
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Bilingual preferred; must communicate effectively with clients.
• Team leads must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a company vehicle.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and work quality. The typical team leader earn between $18.00 and $24.00 per hour, with the potential to earn over $850.00 per week, paid weekly. Supplemental pay includes tips and bonuses.
