Janitor/Maintenance Professional

Commonwealth Motors is seeking a dedicated Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team in Lawrence, MA. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and performing general maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for employees and customers.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Maintain and repair equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems as needed.
• Ensure all common areas, restrooms, and office spaces are clean and well-maintained.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Monitor and report any facility issues to management.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of company events or meetings when required.

• Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Effective communication skills.

• Competitive weekly pay of $20.00 - $23.00, paid weekly.

• Manual snow removal
• Trash removal
• Light window washing
• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Restroom cleaning
• Window washing
• General maintenance of outside lots including painting and gardening
• Various related duties as assigned
