Description
- Maintain physical condition and appearance of all buildings and grounds
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoots, and repair facility and vehicle issues
- Use various hand and power tools, testing instruments, and equipment
- Perform snow/ice removal, landscaping, general cleaning, and janitorial oversight
- Monitor and support building safety and security protocols
- Coordinate event setup and furniture/equipment moving
- Manage vehicle maintenance: oil changes, tire service, and scheduling manufacturer service
- Drive service vehicles to various Hi-Hope locations as needed
- Order and manage parts, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Be willing to be On Call at anytime for Maintenance Emergencies to all buildings and grounds
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 2-4 years of related facilities and vehicle maintenance experience
- Basic computer skills required
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Georgia Driver's License with an acceptable driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years)
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification (training provided)
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, TB test, and background check
- Must have reliable transportation
$20 to $ 28 per hour depending on experience
