Northrop Grumman Aeronautic Systems is seeking a qualified Maintenance Janitor Level 1 or a Maintenance Janitor Level 2 to join our team of highly talented individuals for the 1st shift Monday – Friday (6:00 am – 2:30 pm). This position will be on site in Clearfield, Utah.

As a Professional Maintenance Janitor for Northrop Grumman, you will be responsible for providing a safe and healthy work environment enabling the production of world class products.

• Maintain premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors; removing refuse; polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings; providing janitorial supplies; and cleaning lavatories, showers, or rest rooms.
• Clean epoxy, linoleum, tile and other floor surfaces.
• Shampoo rugs and carpets.
• Empty trash cans.
• Change air filters and clean vents.
• Dust and disinfect all surfaces.
• Wax floors.
• Order new cleaning supplies as needed.
• Wash windows.
• Maintain a thorough inventory.
• Use equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners.
• Collect and take out trash and recycling.

Basic Qualifications for Level 1

• High school diploma or equivalent and 0 years of additional education and/or related experience.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

Basic Qualifications for Level 2

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of additional education and/or related experience.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Working knowledge of general aspects of the job.
• Ability to perform routine work with detailed instructions given for new activities or special assignments.

Primary Level Salary Range: $31,200.00 – $48,100.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $34,300.00 – $57,100.00

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results.
