Description

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Facilities Coordinator Level 3/4 to support the Facility Maintenance/Engineering team at Clearfield, Utah. This role follows an A Shift, 5-9 Schedule (9-hour Weekdays).

Responsibilities

Partner with the maintenance team to source, order and procure parts and supplies for the department. Administer the purchase requisition process, working closely with supply chain and procurement personnel. Act as liaison between service providers, contractors, vendors and the maintenance group.

Build functional relationships with a diverse group of individuals and obtain MRO items and services in a demanding environment. Collaborate across maintenance, operations, engineering, and supply chain functions.

Coordinate the construction, installation or rearrangement of equipment and building facilities; manage contractor representatives, resolve design discrepancies, verify labor and materials, inspect projects for conformance to engineering standards, estimate project completion, and advise on cost status.

Job Duties
  • Administer purchase requisition process (PR).
  • Source, order and procure MRO items.
  • Administration of department P-card purchases.
  • Coordinate terms and scope of work with vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate account details of vendors with Supply Chain personnel.
  • Examine and facilitate vendor accounts and agreements.
  • Assist with contractor scheduling.
  • Maintain contact with and help direct the work of service providers.
  • Help verify completion and acceptance of work provided by contractors.
  • Tool Crib Attendant activities: receive, store, and issue tools, machine tool fixtures, dies, and measuring devices.
  • Maintain records of tools issued to employees; take periodic inventory and requisition stock; report damaged or missing equipment.
  • Clean, oil, and perform minor repairs on equipment; dispose of surplus or obsolete equipment per procedure.
  • Ensure measuring devices are periodically calibrated.
Facilities Coordinator Level 3
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in coordinating with workers, contractors, management, and customers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Teams.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).
Facilities Coordinator Level 4
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in coordinating with workers, contractors, management, and customers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Teams.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with purchasing and sourcing maintenance and repair items and services.
  • Experience with accounting practices and statement reconciliation.
  • Experience working in and demonstrating lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with continuous improvement concepts.
  • Experience using Maximo asset management program.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a maintenance technician.
  • Detail oriented and able to understand facility and team goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the SAP system.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Salary and Benefits

Primary Level Salary Range: $44,400.00 - $74,000.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $52,700.00 - $87,900.00

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and long-term incentives for VP or Director positions. Northrop Grumman provides benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off.
