Custodial Facilities Specialist-Mid Refresher

ES3 is currently recruiting an individual to join our team of Custodial Facilities Specialists (CFS) to maintain cleanliness in our Engineering offices and Manufacturing facilities. The qualified candidate will be responsible for ensuring all offices, conference rooms, bathrooms, production, and common areas remain tidy and clean. CFS team members will also ensure all hygiene materials are adequately stocked for all staff within the two facilities and assist in creating and maintaining a healthy and comfortable work environment where all workers can thrive and meet their personal and collective project goals.

• Experience in cleaning professional environments, warehouses or production environments
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and team members
• Ability to stand, crouch, walk for entire shift
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Be self‑motivated and keep busy

• Excellent knowledge of cleaning products and cleaning tools
• Ability to work with little or direct supervision
• Excellent communication skills and handle all situations with professionalism
• Basic technology skills (Email, Internet, Texting)
• Ability to multitask and pivot to meet shifting priorities
• Ability to handle minor complaints, suggestions, and feedback from staff

• Work mid‑day 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Refresh Conference and break rooms
• Refresh and restock bathrooms
• Empty trash cans or recycling bins
• Clean spills
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Part‑time, 10 hours per week (mid‑day 10:00 am – 2:00 pm). Please suggest the days/hours you would like to work.

• Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have valid, state‑issued driver’s license and clean driving record
• As a condition of employment, candidates will be required to participate in a background investigation and be able to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
