As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. This includes conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, complying with steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Clean all areas of the facility—floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment while following company procedures.

Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.

Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store them properly, and place orders to replenish low stocks.

Hourly wage: $17.00 to $25.00 (or the applicable minimum wage). Additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
