Perform light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks completed under supervision in a safe, professional manner;
Explain conditions and situations accurately while troubleshooting;
Ability to work all shifts and hours as scheduled;
Comply with all corporate and facility policies and dress code;
Perform installation and maintenance of mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations, to ensure a safe and efficient environment
