Perform repairs and improvements to apartment homes to ensure market-ready condition;
Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed;
Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair/replace as needed;
Apply touch-up paint to vacant and occupied units as directed;
Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities including trash removal, pressure-washing, general cleaning, and painting curbs/signage;
Complete make-ready checklist and required maintenance documentation in a timely manner;
Attend safety meetings and complete required OSHA training; report accidents/incidents promptly;
Provide courteous customer service to residents, address maintenance questions and concerns, and complete work orders with urgency
