Maintenance Tech​/Maintenance Partner

Department: TOWN VILLAGE OF LEAWOOD INDEPENDENT LIVING

Maintenance Partner (Maintenance Tech) – responsible for maintaining indoor and outdoor areas, preparing apartments for move‑in, reinforcing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring a clean and safe living environment.

• Maintain inside of building, offices, and common areas, including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, removal of trash, and upkeep of vinyl floors.
• Maintain grounds, including outside building repair, lawn maintenance, and garbage removal.
• Prepare apartments for move‑in and complete refurbishing of units after move‑out.
• Implement and document preventive maintenance program for community and equipment.
