Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

SUMMARY

Responsible for performing basic maintenance applications and assisting janitorial department.

• Perform basic maintenance applications;
• Perform basic mechanical applications;
• Perform basic plumbing applications;
• Experience in floor maintenance including VCT floors and other janitorial duties;
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must fill in for other maintenance staff as needed.
• Must be able to work flexible, rotating schedule.

At least a High school diploma or equivalent and related experience.
