Who we needReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, we are looking for a Maintenance Lead Technician to join our team on the night shift, 2x2x3 schedule 6am - 6:30pm. You will oversee the work of a small, tight-knit team, assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure the safe and timely completion of duties. You will also administer, configure, and support the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

This is a day shift role, 2 on x 2 off x 2 on Rotating Continental Schedule 6am - 6:30pm.

Rewards and recognition. You will receive an additional $1 per hour for night shift work, along with annual benefits including a tool allowance of approximately $200 and tuition reimbursement toward approved courses. You will have access to training in systems, online programming, and electrical skills.
How you will make an impact:- Coordinate activities. You will work with the Maintenance Manager to identify and communicate priorities and direct the work of maintenance personnel. You will assist with planning, scheduling, assigning and reviewing work. You will supervise and direct service contractors in the plant. You will be responsible for overseeing down-day activities and plant lockdown for the weekend.
- Support the team. You will provide guidance and instructions to other mechanics in their daily activities, ensuring all work is in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety procedures. You will provide breaks or vacation relief for other mechanics as necessary. You will lead special projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
- Problem-solving. You will troubleshoot and determine root causes, analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions or issues utilizing a computer or PLC program, collaborate with other mechanics when called, provide expertise to diagnose problems and determine corrective action.
- Perform administrative tasks. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports documenting the activities and work performed by the maintenance department, including all equipment repairs from breakdowns, work orders, or PMs. You will assist in maintaining the maintenance office and departmental records.
