Night Shift Maintenance Technician
We are hiring a Night Shift Maintenance Technician for a food manufacturing facility in Lebanon, Indiana. Job Type
Temp to Hire – Full Time
Job Duties
- Lead and support a small night shift maintenance team, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed safely and on time.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, including using PLC or computer-based systems.
- Coordinate maintenance priorities with the Maintenance Supervisor and oversee contractors when needed.
- Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and complete daily and weekly maintenance reports.
- Assist with planning and supporting scheduled downtime and weekend plant lockout activities.
Schedule
6PM-6:30AM, rotating schedule (2-2-3)
Pay
$34–$35 per hour
Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Experience with mechanical tools and basic electrical work, including welding, cutting, grinding, or circuit troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs safely and efficiently.
- Experience leading or training other team members in a maintenance or technical role.
- Ability to use a computer to enter work orders, follow instructions, and document maintenance work.
