Maintenance Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** 2-2-3 (12 hour schedule)

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform maintenance activities to fix, improve, and repair equipment to ensure they operate within their specifications.

+ Execute maintenance tasks, notify supervisors of new issues, and confirm work completion.

+ Use electrical and mechanical skills to resolve breakdown issues with minimal impact on production.

+ Carry out regular maintenance, process improvements, and project activities to maximize equipment uptime and product quality.

+ Maintain accurate records of work performed using the MVP computerized maintenance management system.

** What's Needed?*
* + Technical school training, military technical training, or equivalent experience.

+ Service orientation and a sense of urgency.

+ Strong will to deliver results and effective decision-making skills.

+ Good communication skills and the ability to work systematically and organized.

+ Fluency in English.
