POSITION SUMMARY:

Custodial Technician I will perform a variety of cleaning and floor maintenance tasks to keep facility at high standard of cleanliness. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform routine janitorial tasks throughout facilities, including but not limited to: cleaning bathrooms, offices, kitchens, cafeterias, showers, walls, and windows; disinfecting bathrooms, showers and kitchens; and restocking paper goods and soaps within bathrooms, kitchens and cafeterias.
• Responsible for floor cleaning and maintenance, to include but not limited to: carpet cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, auto scrubbing, mopping, burnishing of tile and concrete floors and stripping and refinishing floors.
• Responsible for following daily cleaning schedule to ensure routine cleaning tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
• Assist with the set-up and breakdown of company functions.
• May be required to assist in sidewalk salting and snow removal, operating a plow truck and sander, running a skid steer and tractor.
