Perform floor care tasks including floor stripping and refinishing, carpet extraction, and wall washing;
Conduct general custodial duties for rooms, stairwells, windows, and elevators;
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as Auto Scrubber, Burnisher, carpet extractors, and vacuums;
Maintain stock room and organize supplies; assist with moves;
Trash removal and security rounds during shift
