Janitorial Supervisor

ABM Industries is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to lead back-half night operations in commercial and institutional facilities. This role oversees cleaning crews, assigns nightly tasks, and ensures all areas meet ABM and client quality, safety, and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, training new and existing staff, conducting inspections, managing supplies and equipment, and documenting incidents. You will model ABM's culture of safety, respect, and inclusion while coaching team members and partnering with site management to resolve service issues and support continuous improvement.
