We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team. The role involves sanding or grinding parts according to job requirements and verifying broken bits to remove them from drilled plates as needed. You will inspect drilled plates for defects and communicate any findings to the lead, as well as perform TIG welding as necessary.

• Sand or grind parts according to job requirements.
• Verify and remove broken bits from drilled plates as needed.
• Inspect drilled plates for defects and communicate findings to the lead.
• Perform TIG welding as needed.

• 1+ year welding experience or certificate.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MIG welding.

• Knowledge of blueprint reading is crucial.
• Experience in TIG welding is beneficial.

The work environment involves a manufacturing setting with hours from 6AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. You will be using various welding technologies and equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, OH.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $39.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Lebanon,OH.
