The individual in this position provides maintenance activities, inspections, testing, and repair on all facilities, nursing systems, and infrastructure related systems. The technician will assist the maintenance director as needed and ensure that all resident assist equipment within the facility is in good working order.

Perform maintenance tasks, inspections, testing, and repairs on all facility and nursing system infrastructure.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year experience in maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend system manuals.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
