As a Custodian Lead
, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of ENTEK facilities while helping coordinate daily activities for the janitorial team. You’ll play an important role in ensuring employees and visitors experience a clean, safe, and well‑maintained work environment while supporting ENTEK’s commitment to operational excellence.

• Ensure cleanliness of restrooms, sinks, showers, toilets, urinals, hoppers, and mirrors
• Clean kitchenettes, lunchrooms, conference rooms, copy rooms, and common areas
• Empty and sanitize trash containers and replenish supplies as needed
• Refill soap, paper towel, and tissue dispensers throughout the facility
• Collect shredded materials from designated areas and place them in appropriate disposal bins
• Dust mop, wet mop, vacuum, and maintain offices, lunchrooms, and select shop areas
• Clean furniture, desks, counters, windows, screens, walls, door frames, and ledges
• Strip and wax flooring using specialized equipment
• Steam clean carpets and other surfaces as needed
• Monitor completion of janitorial duties for yourself and the custodial team
• Direct and prioritize janitorial assignments based on daily facility needs
• Order and maintain inventories of janitorial supplies and materials
• Ensure work areas are maintained to 5S standards
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical handling guidelines
• Promote company policies, support management decisions, and maintain professional interactions with employees, visitors, and business partners
• Assist with special cleaning projects and other duties as assigned

We’re seeking a dependable and service‑oriented professional who enjoys maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supporting team members, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or facility maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of proper chemical use, storage, and disposal procedures
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with employees at all levels
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized workplace

• Experience leading or coordinating custodial teams
• Experience operating floor stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning equipment
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or office environments
• Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement principles

This is a full‑time,
non‑exempt position working Monday through Friday
. Employees spend the majority of the workday on their feet and should be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
