• Provide predictive and preventive maintenance for facilities within a regional area.
• Lead and motivate a team of dedicated technicians.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs.
• Work directly with vendors and contractors as necessary.
• Travel within the region, approximately 50% or more.
• Maintain up‑to‑date contractor licenses and uphold compliance with relevant authorities.
• Participate in training programs to stay current with regulatory requirements and conduct site inspections to monitor compliance and quality standards.
• Obtain required permits and schedule inspections mandated by mechanical or building codes.
• Generate reporting and analytics related to maintenance activities.

• 3‑5 years of overall building maintenance experience.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving and root‑cause/breakdown analysis experience.

• EPA Universal Certification.
• PMP Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma.
• Maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment.

• Licensed Master Electrician with at least 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or a related area.
• Or 3 years’ experience in the above areas with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state of employment.

• Experience with building controls or related areas.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• External work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in optical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments.
• Supervisory experience.
• Type I and Type II EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
