Maintenance Coordinator

Selmet is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support our precision aerospace manufacturing facility in Springfield, OR. In this role, you'll plan, schedule, and track preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment and facility systems. Responsibilities include work order coordination, parts and vendor management, CMMS data entry and reporting, and assisting with maintenance budgeting and inventory control. You'll collaborate with technicians, production, and safety teams to minimize downtime, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and support continuous improvement in equipment reliability and plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for production and facility equipment
• Create, prioritize, and track maintenance work orders in the CMMSCoordinate with technicians, production, and safety teams to minimize downtime
• Manage parts inventory, vendors, and service contractors
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports
• Support safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance in maintenance activities
• Assist with maintenance budgeting and cost control
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities in equipment reliability
• Coordinate equipment shutdowns and planned outages with production
• Support implementation of maintenance standard work and best practices
