Within the Facilities department, this position is responsible for the overall janitorial duties of the facility during work hours.

• Housekeeping
• Cleaning
• Mopping
• Vacuuming
• Trash removal
• Polishing
• Inventory janitorial and kitchen supplies
• Balances inventory between janitorial closets Inspects assigned areas and cleans as needed
• Inspects exterior landscape and cleans as needed
• Inspects and cleans interior and exterior of company vehicles
• Applies proper methods of cleaning to various tasks
• Replaces supplies
• Assists Maintenance Mechanics as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum one year experience in a custodian/janitor position required
• Fork Lift Certification a plus
• Bloodborne Pathogen Certification is preferred

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to multi-task a variety of responsibilities and duties
• Ability to provide good customer service to the employees
