Job Summary The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment within the warehouse facility. This role involves routine cleaning, waste management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Custodians utilize an eye for detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness to perform physical tasks efficiently.
** First week training schedule is as follows:
**** Monday Orientation:
** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
** Training:
** Tuesday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pmWe only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.## Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties below to a high standard. * Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the warehouse.
* Clean restrooms, break rooms, and office areas regularly.
* Wipe down surfaces and equipment to maintain a dust-free environment
* Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables according to local protocols and expectations
* Maintain waste bins and recycling receptacles, ensuring timely removal and replacement
* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
* Report any safety hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance requests to leadership
* Monitor and replenish inventory levels of cleaning supplies
* Organize and store cleaning equipment and materials in designated areas
* Assist with setup and cleanup for warehouse events or meetings
* Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
* Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.
* Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals
* Abide by all company and warehouse policies
* Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation###

Physical Requirements
* Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
* Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
* Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
* Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
