Conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and Auto Store system; monitor performance and respond to issues as they arise;
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment) to keep operations running smoothly;
Maintain and coordinate required testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards;
Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the facility, including lighting, minor repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces;
Support day-to-day facility needs, including associate moves, equipment/furniture setup, spill cleanup, and general maintenance tasks
