Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process for our properties. The role involves ordering supplies, diagnosing issues, and performing service requests with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry background.
You will lead the maintenance team, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with residents and staff. Travel up to 10% may be required. EPA 608 or HVAC certification is required, OSHA certifications are preferred.
