Commercial Custodial Technician

Lee Company is seeking a Commercial Custodial Technician to support our construction and facilities operations. In this role, you will perform detailed cleaning and sanitizing of commercial areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces; handle floor care, trash removal, and light interior/exterior upkeep; and restock supplies to maintain safe, orderly job sites. You will follow strict safety procedures, use commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals properly, document work, and respond to service requests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize commercial restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Perform floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables safely
• Restock paper goods, soap, and other consumable supplies
• Operate and maintain commercial cleaning tools and equipment
• Follow company and OSHA safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Inspect assigned areas and report maintenance or safety issues
• Support construction and facilities teams with site cleanliness
• Respond to custodial service requests in a timely manner
• Accurately document work performed per company standards
