Facilities Manager

Job Overview

Full‑time Facilities Manager at Camp Mihaska, Bourbon, Missouri. Salaried position overseeing maintenance, custodial, and housekeeping functions to maintain excellence of camp operations.

• Maintain and repair structures, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical services, and landscaping equipment.
• Use hand tools and power tools for basic maintenance projects.
• Manage larger projects, contacting vendors, gathering bids, and discussing options with Camp Director and others.
• Project‑manage all maintenance and repair projects.
• Set up rooms and equipment for outside rental groups.
• Perform routine janitorial services as needed.
• Ensure vehicles and off‑road vehicles are maintained and operational.
• Supervise maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping staff.

• Ability to lift up to 150 pounds and move materials over 100 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
• Good computer skills (email, Outlook, Word).
