Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for this Floor Finishing Technician position for our Sales team in Earth City, MO.

• Assist in moving equipment and supplies needed for floor refinishing.
• Help with floor preparation, including sweeping, vacuuming, and masking areas.
• Support abrasion process under supervision.
• Apply finish coatings as directed.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment throughout the project.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to travel to other locations.
• Time Management skills.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of Safety Procedures.
• Communication skills.

• Monday‑Friday day shift schedule.
