As a Custodial Technician
, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facilities. Your work ensures that clients, staff, and visitors experience environments that support health, wellness, and comfort every day.

Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain interior rooms, work areas, carpets, and furniture to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Empty trash, replenish supplies, and assist in maintaining inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and consumables.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plunging toilets, buffing floors, and minor repairs.
- Assist in receiving and restocking materials and supplies, notifying staff when items are low.
- Provide job coaching support where applicable (SW location only).
- Collaborate with team members to uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across the facility.
High School Diploma or HISET/GED preferred
- At least two (2) years of experience in institutional housekeeping or janitorial operations preferred
- Take pride in creating safe, clean, and welcoming environments for others.
- Enjoy hands‑on, practical work and maintaining organized spaces.
- Are dependable, proactive, and attentive to detail.
