Lead Building Cleaner / Lead Housekeeper Unity Village – Lee's Summit Area Lead Building Cleaner / Lead Housekeeper Pay: $16.50 per hour What You'll Do

• Lead and support the daily cleaning team.
• Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to company quality standards.
• Inspect completed work and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Train and assist new team members.
• Clean offices, hallways, common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other assigned spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all designated areas.
• Restock janitorial and restroom supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and communicate with supervisors.
• Promote a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

• Reliable and punctual
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Janitorial or housekeeping experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Positive attitude and excellent work ethic

• Must be 18 years old and successfully pass a background & E-Verify check
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Lead or supervisor experience
• Must be reliable, willing to work at a fast pace, and be very detailed
• Cleaning experience is a plus
• Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor’s directions
• HS Diploma or GED
• Smart Phone
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle

The physical requirements of this position include: walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting and repeat cleaning motions; utilizing cleaning equipment and supplies; lift up to 35 lbs.
