Essential Functions
• Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, Carpet Extraction, washing walls and glass, and cleaning hard surface floors.
• Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
• Mobile cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
• Must be willing to willing to travel overnight on the road a week at a time. Position is 75% Travel. Transportation and lodging provided.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services industry.

* Knowledge of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning, general janitorial, and floor maintenance.

* Strong attention to detail and excellent cleaning skills.

* Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.

* Strong time-management and task prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent problem-solving skills.

* Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors. High Intensity Labor.

Additional Requirements:

* Willingness to travel to different work sites across multiple states.

* No experience required. Training is provided.

* Preferred Floor Care experience.

* Travel commitment of 70% to 90% of the time, Monday through Friday.

* Company-paid hotels and transportation.

* Assist in ensuring all cleaning services meet client specifications and company standards.
