Clean and maintain floors in accordance with company standards.;
Perform floor care tasks, including shampooing, extraction, stripping, and waxing floors using appropriate equipment.;
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.;
Notify the manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.;
Move furniture and equipment as necessary to access and clean all areas of the floor.
