Bishop Clean Care is seeking a positive, motivating, and highly communicative Area/Site Lead Cleaner
. You will lead a frontline team of 3 to 6 cleaners across various off-site projects, including commercial openings, residential cleanings, post-construction sites, and renovation clean-ups. In this role, you will balance hands-on cleaning with team management and on-site training. You will be the primary mentor for new hires, ensuring they learn our high standards in a supportive, encouraging environment.

• Team Leadership: Direct daily operations for a team of 3-6 cleaners on site.
• Hands-On Training: Provide practical, encouraging instruction to new hires and existing staff.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Bishop Clean Care standards.
• Positive Culture: Maintain a motivating, collaborative, and respectful team atmosphere.
• Client Communication: Act as the professional on-site point of contact for clients.

• Schedule: Reliable availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 3 days per week.
• Experience: Previous professional cleaning or team leadership experience is highly preferred.

The Lead Cleaner must understand, perform, and train others on the following specialized task lists:

• Debris Removal: Clearing small leftover construction materials and trash.
• Dust Mitigation: Detailed wiping of heavy drywall dust from walls, ceilings, and fixtures.
• Detailing: Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, light fixtures, and baseboards.
• Polishing: Scraping and polishing windows, glass, and stainless steel surfaces.

• Floor Care: Vacuuming, mopping, and staging large commercial floor spaces.
• Sanitization: Disinfecting high-touch areas like light switches, door handles, and restrooms.
• Window & Glass Cleaning: Ensuring streak-free entryways, mirrors, and internal glass partitions.
• Presentation Setup: Wiping down final surfaces so businesses are ready for immediate public opening.

• Kitchens: Deep cleaning appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinet faces.
• Bathrooms: Scrubbing, sanitizing, and removing soap scum from showers, tubs, and toilets.
• Living Areas: Dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and mopping hard floors.
