As our Apartment Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the resident experience through excellent maintenance operations:

• Lead and mentor a team of Maintenance Technicians
• Oversee and complete repairs across buildings, amenities, and common areas
• Conduct daily property walks to identify and resolve maintenance needs
• Support curb appeal with light groundskeeping
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and service

• 6+ months of property maintenance experience
• 6+ months of supervisory or lead experience
• Knowledge and skills in plumbing repair, electrical troubleshooting, appliance repair, wall/drywall repair, and grounds maintenance
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Basic computer skills
