Warehouse Wholesale Team Lead

Evobox is a fast-growing third-party shipping and fulfillment center. We are looking for self‑motivated and energetic individuals to assist with the warehouse operations of our shipping, receiving, and inventory management. • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English to effectively interact with team members, management, and clients.
• Proficient with technology–comfortable using computer systems, applications, and a variety of software to track data, update records, and communicate.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to meet team goals.
• Attention to safety standards to ensure the work environment is safe and compliant with safety regulations.
• Flexibility and adaptability to take on various tasks and adjust to changing priorities.
• Ability to stay focused and multitask in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Leadership skills to lead, mentor, and support team members, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and are meeting company expectations.
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time as well as lift boxes up to 40 lbs.

• Experience with Routing Guides is a plus, as it helps in following detailed processes and retail standards.
• Experience with parcel and LTL shipping is a plus, especially in managing shipments and logistics.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is a plus, to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus, especially for working with a diverse client base.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus, especially in tracking performance metrics and improving operational efficiency.
• Experience with warehouse operations or logistics management is a plus, to streamline processes and improve the overall workflow.
