Purpose:

• Shift Details:
  Monday–Friday, Swing Shift, 8:00pm–12:00am
• Location:
  
  Family Search Building - 3201 N. Garden Drive LEHI, UT 84043
• Compensation: $18.00/hr + $1.00 shift differential
• Must be willing to work rotating weekends (every 7th Saturday); and events and holidays as scheduled
• This is a part-time position without medical benefits.
• Please Note:
  
  This position does not qualify for students required to work on the Ensign College Campus.

• Sanitize public areas, offices, and restrooms, daily or as instructed (includes cleaning toilets)
• Dust or polish furnishings, light fixtures, windowsills, wood paneling, etc.
• Spot clean carpets, rugs and upholstery, restock supplies, remove leaves or snow, and dispose of trash and other materials
• Attend meetings and trainings crafted to increase knowledge and abilities
• Operate mechanized cleaning equipment (vacuums, buffers, large scrubbers, sweepers, extraction equipment); equipment training provided
• Perform emergency cleanups including floods, bodily fluids, spills, etc.
• Report safety or security issues and needed repairs

• We require hardworking individuals who can independently lift and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, push, pull, twist, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Ability to complete vital tasks and handle basic issues professionally
• Ability to work alone without constant supervision but can also contribute to a team
• Work involves cleaning solvents and chemicals; must adhere to safety regulations for handling chemicals and be able to work in damp, dusty, or dirty areas
• Must be able to read, comprehend, and communicate in English for video training, building security, and safety purposes

Any previous experience or knowledge of custodial practices is welcomed but not required.
