Join the Thanksgiving Point Facilities Team and help maintain one of Utah's most unique and dynamic destinations. We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Senior Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, working with a variety of building systems, and making a visible impact every day. This role offers diverse hands‑on work across our campuses, opportunities to share expertise with team members, and the chance to help create exceptional experiences for our guests and community.
- Inspect, maintain, repair, install, and troubleshoot building systems, equipment and facilities.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations.
- Help maintain the safety, functionality, appearance and code compliance of buildings and grounds.
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and mobile technology to manage work orders, document repairs, track parts usage and identify warranties.
- Assist in prioritizing and completing maintenance requests in a timely and cost‑effective manner.
- Provide practical solutions and support during periods of high work volume.
- Support facility improvement, construction and renovation projects as needed.
- Occasionally assist with event setup and logistics requiring tools, equipment operation or heavy lifting.
- Communicate equipment, tool and supply needs to management.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies and OSHA standards.
- Report safety concerns, hazards, incidents and near misses promptly.
- Deliver professional, courteous service to guests, team members and internal customers.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong experience in facility maintenance, construction, building systems or related trades.
- Working knowledge of multiple maintenance disciplines, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry and general construction.
- Experience using a variety of hand tools, power tools and maintenance equipment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions and complete repairs independently.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple work orders.
- Ability to source and identify compatible parts and materials for repairs.
- Positive attitude, professionalism and a strong commitment to teamwork and guest service.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
- Trade school, apprenticeship, certifications or specialized training preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, bend, stoop and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check.
