STREETS OPERATOR - PART-TIME / SEASONAL
CLOSING
DATE: Open Until Filled
PAY RATE: $17.32 - $24.25 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
SCHEDULE: Seasonal (through approximately November), flexible schedule with 10-25 hours worked each week.
DEPARTMENT: Streets
JOB SUMMARYSeasonal, part-time position assisting with primarily operating lawn mower.
May assist in performing basic street maintenance duties related to the construction, installation, and repair of city streets.
QUALIFICATIONS- Graduation from high school.
- Have a current driver's license.
- Need some knowledge of heavy equipment operation.
- Have the ability to perform heavy physical labor lifting up to 100 pounds.
- All applicants will be required to pass a drug test and background check.
- Ability to perform and/or willingness to learn general maintenance functions such as painting, raking asphalt, pouring, and finishing cement and other duties as assigned.
