Provides emergency restoration and disaster recovery services following work orders;
Remediation of water/fire/smoke damage and mold, including water extraction, pack-out, removal of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, and light construction;
Sets up and monitors air movers/dehumidifiers;
May perform other cleaning duties during mitigation/restoration;
Reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor;
Reports customer problems or damage to supervisor;
Completes tasks according to company processes with quality control
