Maintenance Technician - Ascend Brunswick Village

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and codes;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections, creating a punch list, coordinating vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed;
Access and obtain materials, supplies, equipment, and tools from the property maintenance department, track usage, and notify supervisor for reorders;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting, and performing general maintenance as needed
